2. Manufacturing Services

All manufacturing projects are subject to specific production contracts. Timelines, costs, and quality standards will be defined in individual Purchase Orders (PO) or Service Agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Clients retain all intellectual property rights to their designs. Happyfolk Industry agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary designs provided for production.

4. Testimonials

By submitting a testimonial, you grant Happyfolk Industry the right to use your name, company name, and comment on our website and marketing materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Happyfolk Industry be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
